B&J launches its Quality campaign

2012 is ‚REIFEN’ year: The world leading fair in Essen, Germany, takes place from June 5 to 8, 2012. B&J Rocket, with headquarters in Baar, Switzerland, and operating worldwide, will be presenting its new hallmark ‘Quality Plus’ to trade visitors from all over the world. The program was initiated by Andreas Müller, Managing Director of B&J Rocket, to demonstrate to partners and customers how the company achieves and maintains quality at the highest level. This process begins with the careful selection of raw materials and its suppliers. Müller states: “For more than 70 years the brand B&J stands for highest quality in the segment of tools for the tire and retreading industry. It is our ultimate goal to meet the ever growing demands of our customers in respect of quality at all times.”

However, ‘Quality Plus’ is not limited to the product alone. All areas of the company such as personal customer care, internal training, after-sales service, as well as delivery, marketing and communications are made transparent. “Only when all these areas function smoothly, can we achieve a worldwide positive quality image which ultimately leads to high customer satisfaction”, Müller emphasizes. “We consider the Quality Campaign a significant contribution to differentiate ourselves from competition”.

B&J Rocket invites visitors to the Pro Team Lounge at booth 107+311 in Hall 4 for the presentation of ‘Quality Plus’. Müller looks forward to lively discussions over a welcome cocktail. “Once again, there is a lot to talk about”.
